I’m a 17 year old, I’m 6’1 and weight 209. Im more on the muscular side, but i light up recently once or twice a day for the past 5 days. Also not sure what really works, Some homies say work out for an hour then sauna for 30 for a week or so and drink alot of water. Is there anything else that would help speed up the process?
I have to do a urine test as a part of a job interview, any ideas on how to detox in less than a week? I only smoke weed, around 5 times a week. Please only serious remarks… a big potential job is on the line.
i only smoke in the evenings to relax and only about 4-5 times a week, i would never smoke out in public.
Sigh….you’ll hate this answer….but employers want employees who are drug free for a reason. It’s your decision to smoke the stuff – deal with the consequences.

If done properly, you can feel and see results as soon as week one, but a month will make a huge difference.

well i smoke everday and take a test every week and i pass em all.. 2 days b4 test take 1000mg 2 times a day.. but ur skin will turn red and be rly hot and feel like its burning! but thats wen u know its working!!\
besides if hes been clean for 2 weeks hes fine! it only take a week to get out! trust me i know this stuff! been goin to outpatients for a year now. and 1 inpatient.
but yeah just make sure tis his like 3-4 piss of the day not the first the first piss of the day could have THC for atleast a month after smoking
Its been about 2 days so far. For the past year, I have taken 40-160 mgs of oxycodone 3-6 days a week, some days up to 320 mgs or more depending on what I can afford. Sober days I usually take 2 eight mg Suboxone. I no longer have access to Suboxone and am not going to rehab.
First of all, as far as your body is concerned, your “sober” days weren’t really sober at all. You were simply substituting one opioid for another opioid (of even higher potency). You are probably looking at at least a few weeks. Oxycodone withdrawal is more sever and short, usually ending within about 7-10 days. Buprenorphine (Suboxone) withdrawal is less severe but lasts longer, normally ending after about 3-4 weeks. If you’re not going to rehab, you should at least consult a doctor who can prescribe several other medications to make you feel much more like yourself. They are non-addictive, and not controlled substances. There is no magic “cure” to make you get through this without having to ride it out, but if you go to a doctor I promise you the trip will be a lot easier.
I would like to kick the meth use habit but I dont want to go to rehab cause I have doctor appointments and I work at the soup kitcen once a week. Please help with suggestions
If you really want to quit, talk to your doctor you have appointments with, s/he will help you. The only way to not have withdrawals is to slowly cut back… however, then you risk the chance of never stopping. The fastest and safest way is rehab. Maybe you could get in a program and still make your appointments and work.

I was planning on fasting one day per week to help get rid of toxins and overall be a healthier person. I would of course drink water and take a multi-vitamin. Is this healthy? Or should I do it once every 2 weeks?
When doing a detox its usually a 7 days. Its can be rough on your body. It will not work if you do not eat for a day. That will just make you hungry. A detox is getting rid of toxins and so fourth. Usually fresh veggies and fruit with lots of water is the normal detox. There are so many kinds.
I do eating clean and that is a Natural way to detox however im sure that it might not be easy for you to do fully if your younger. However always drink cup of warm water with lemon juice squeezed. I use fresh lemons every morning. This helps move toxins in your liver. Then you eat fresh fruits and veggies and nuts. It will cause headaches and you will get hungry. I would look online or go to a book store for a proper detox. Is really something not worth doing if you are just going to turn around and eat the foods that are full of refined sugar, sodas, junk, fried food, anything unhealthy. I suggest you get the book Clean eating recharge. that will give you some suggestions of what you need to do. I don’t want to be responsible for telling you a detox and you get very sick cause some will.

You would better to join a group, friends, fellow dieters, you will help each other and that will give you a boost. Healthy eating, exercise fine but it can get a bit boring if you dwell on it. With like minded people it could be fun.
Make it fun, enjoy a weekly meeting, forget the detox bit.
