i am going to do the lemon detox diet but does it really work? do you really loose weight? im going to do it for 2 weeks so i need to know..thanks! (strongly prefer answers from people that has already done this diet) and if you exercise will you loose twice as much weight?

Hello people, I was wondering if you guys had a good detox diet that I could follow, mainly 3 days.Thank You!

eat only clean, wholesome foods – no processed, chemically treated, or preserved stuff.
avoid alchohol
get rid of environmental contaminants such as tobacco and chemical cleaners
and let your liver do its job – that why you have it.
I was hoping to have porridge but I am not allowed to use milk, just water and honey.
If I cant find anything else I guess i will have to try the water porridge, but the idea sounds hideous to be honest lol
I have lots of fruit in the house though, maybe that could be used as an alternative.
ANy other ideas from people who have done detoxes themselves?

Hi Annou – I am not using any “detox products”, i am omitting meat, wheat and i am trying to live without milk
Porridge made with water is fine – it’s what we eat in Scotland – and we put salt in it! We pour milk on top but you could use some of the juice out of tinned fruit. Ot just chop some fruit into it. It’ good for fibre so can add a lot to your diet. Detox is difficult – stick with it but don’t overdo it. The odd wee tasty thing keep you going. If you only have fruit you’ll come off it out of boredom!
I was telling a friend about some medicine that is given to people who are trying to quit a heroin addiction. My friend is a recovering addict. The medicine I am thinking of is not methadone. I know that much.
I know it is a large orange colored pill and from what I hear, it almost taste like candy. I hear it has a nice taste to it which really isn’t what you’d expect when you think of a pill.
I am pretty sure this pill is also addictive and most likely abused.

Just want to really hear answers from people who have done the lemon detox diet or people who know people who have done it.. but after you do it does the weight stay off if you eat healthy? or does it just come back on?
I done the Lemon diet (Cleanse) and some weight does comes back. It is mostly water weight, but if you eat healthy after getting off of it, then you should continue to loose the weight. Make sure you drink lots of water, and I would recommend eating lemons and grapefruits still after getting off of it. Lots of vitamins and natural detox.
Just don’t eat fast food and cook your own meals and you should be fine
(Everything must be grilled and low fat) Lots of proteins

Squeeze 2 Organic lemon, put some grade b maple syrup, put cayenne pepper, and filtered water. I know… weird right? But according to a lot of people who tried it… the stuff works! Beyonce lost 20 lbs using this Lemon juice protocol. Good luck!

Don’t buy any of those products that claim to do that. Water and eating right is the only way to cleanse stuff from your body that you put there in the first place.
You need to take a drug test. That is the only reason people try these things. You still have to wait the 3 to 6 weeks for the drugs to pass from your system.
I’d like to know if there’s a way to rid my liver of the effects of alcohol when I go out and have a few drinks.
The medi-nerds are out in force I see here promoting their ignorance of detoxing. “Beware of detox scams?” Beware of ANTI-DETOX people. A liver gallbladder flush works wonders for the body and I have lots of people that I have helped with doing this type of cleanse. To say you can’t detox the body is so ridiculous and only showing great ignorance.
John Hopkins researchers found intrahepatic gallstones in livers that are causing lots of problems for people. Typical medical diagnostics do not show these stones because they look like ordinary bile when using these tests. Autopsies were used to examine livers, etc. in the studies done by John Hopkins researchers. To remove these stones and gallstones is a very popular DETOXING flush that does remove the stones. I’m always anxious to hear from patients I put on this form of detoxing because the amount of stones that come out and the sizes are always shocking to these people. What I find is that many of these people take jars of their stones to show their doctors that lied to them, telling them detoxing does not work.
It takes several flushes to totally clean these organs, but the results are incredible. The skin becomes vibrant, the liver starts cleansing the blood better, producing better bile and all the health benefits are marvelous.
To prevent the problems with alcohol on the liver, you can take digestive enzymes that include all the pancreatic enzymes before drinking. You will not get a hangover the next day. Also, go to the health food store and purchase some prickly pear herbs and take those before going out.
A little alcohol will not hurt the average person, but excessive drinking will damage the liver and cause a huge build up of the intrahepatic gallstones that crate fatty livers.
The milk thistle herb will only have a very minor effect on the health of the liver, but it certainly won’t hurt it either. Just don’t expect great results from taking it.

The only thing in my system is pot. I have to take the drug test in 2 days for my new job. I know the detox drink works for sure, the only thing i am worried about is if there is anyway they can find out that i took it. Please only very educated answers from people who KNOW what they are talking about! And dont judge!!!
You cannot do anything about it. All detox drinks and pills do to you is dilute your sample. And when you use some of those detox products its as obvious in the sample as if you walked in with antlers. I know people that swear by certo though. My bff smokes all day every day and does certo to pass the test. The day before your test eat a packet of certo then drink nothing but cranberry juice untill your test. It must be a high calorie juice like cranberry, not water. When your pee turns clear you are safe to take the test but don’t eat anything and only keep drinking cranberry juice untill you take the test. Certo can be found in the grocery store with all the canning and jelly making stuff… or the jello. You can take a b vitamin to make your pee turn yellow because clear piss will make them reject your sample.
When they test your pee they don’t just test for the drug, they look at other things to like the pH level to see that it is a genuine sample.
Oh, and don’t give them your first pee of the day. Its the dirtiest.

Cardio-walking or swimming-go walking with a friend for twenty minutes every other day or go for a leisurley swim.
