Has anyone had success reducing cellulite by modifying diet? If so, what did you eat & for how long?

Answer:

“Detox” diets are usually liquid and/or starvation diets; these can actually make cellulite WORSE.

Eat proper healthy food, and more importantly exercise, especially weightlifting.

I often have sleepovers with friends and it’s heaps of fun and everything, but we do eat a lot of junk food and drink a couple of bottles… I do enjoy it but it’s a lot of rubbish i’m consuming and the next day i feel crappy. How and what can I do to cleanse my system and get rid of all the crap?

Answer:

You could drink lots of water the next day – or even start doing that before you go to sleep the same night. Water will cleanse your system, and rehydrate it.

But even better than water, is fresh juices (not bottled or canned juices), which not only hydrate you, but give you heaps of nutrition as well. A juice fast, even for just 1 day, will help your body recover after a binge of junk food and alcohol. It’s like a mini-detox.

Get yourself a juicer, get hooked on juicing, you’ll feel so much better all the time. Lots more benefits of juicing at the link below.

Information related to diets such as fruit and vegetable fasts, cleansing, etc can be included.

Answer:

Detox is essential to cleanse your body. Especially, there substances in our food that cannot be digested. When they stay back in digestive system, they could accumulate into a hard mass causing a lot of problems. But, detox methods could cause problems as well. They might flush out good bacteria necessary for digestion and other useful substances in the body. This could lead to digestive problems, dehydration or malnutrition.

So, the best thing to do would be opt for natural cleaners as you have rightly pointed out in your question. I will give you a link where I found some home made remedies for detoxification.

These are simple things that you should be able to try out at home. However, remember that you should not repeat the detox process frequently. So, even before you choose the right method to suit you, just do a research on the method, make sure it does not have any side effects and make an informed decision. Good luck!

I’m going cold turkey on junk food (which I’ve been eating alot of lately), but whenever I stop eating it, I get terrible terrible headaches that painkillers won’t get rid of, and junk food cravings. What can I do about this? Don’t suggest cutting down the junk food gradually, that doesn’t help.

Answer:

just throw them away.

i just bought a trial of acai berry supplements and detox pills do they really work for weight loss like they say they do?

Answer:

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooo
The ONLY thing that works in a manner that will STAY and that is HEALTHY is regular exercise and nutricious food.
Throw the pills in the trash and google healthy food choices for maintaing a healthy weight.
Every 6 months there is a new “miracle” pill that will help you lose weight.
its all a sham……
Just empower yourself and do research on food choices, NOT dieting and you wil succeed.
Trying biking to work, go on a dauily walk,
I heard someone say the other day “Diets? I dont like them and I DONT do them. BUT I DO maintain an ACTIVE lifestyle”
Thats key.
pills will only make it worse in the long run
You can do it!!

I have been smoking weed almost each and everyday for the past 9 months and I need to find a second job. How much time do I need to get squeaky clean for the drug test and how do I do it?? Thanks in advance!

Answer:

It will take you at least 21 days, and maybe as long as 42, or three to six weeks. There is no known product or food that can speed this process. You should also know that those numbers assume a urine test, if you are going to need to pass a hair test then it will be more like two to six months.
