I saw the commercial and would like to try them but am wondering if anyone else out there has any experience with them, negative or positve?
They are so expensive…why not try Epsom salts in the bath instead…you should get the same or more benefit at a fraction of the cost. Eating healthily, drinking filtered water and lots of fruit smoothies and preferably organic produce can all help….and of course staying away from toxins…especially cigarette smoke. NO toxin remover would give much benefit if this was not accompanied by a healthy eating plan and also exercise.
Best wishes.
I’m 15 years old and not very healthy, I’m not fat but I’m not getting skinny either….anyways my point is I read that detoxing and cleaning my insides can help me get rid of acne…I’ve already stopped eating junk food for the past 2 weeks but I really need to get rid of the acne and I need a good detox plan to help me with this
Any suggestions?
im planning on just eating negative calorie foods. Alot of soups and vegies and plenty of water.
Do you have to do the salt water and tea part or will the lemon, syrup, and pepper drink work alone?
First of all careful with that diet, its good but not eating solids will probably make you moody so I hope you’re able to handle it.
You don’t necessarily have to drink the salt water but its recommended, you’re not eating any solids so you need something to make you go to the bathroom and this also will help get rid of the toxins and cleanse you in the inside.
Good luck with the diet.
I’m going cold turkey on junk food (which I’ve been eating alot of lately), but whenever I stop eating it, I get terrible terrible headaches that painkillers won’t get rid of, and junk food cravings. What can I do about this? Don’t suggest cutting down the junk food gradually, that doesn’t help.
just throw them away.
I mean scientifically speaking…how do they remove the toxins and waste from your body just buy eating mostly fruits, veggies and liquids.

I’m not actually taking the pills I just saw it on the bottle and now I’m curious as to what happens.
Keep reading the bottle and you will read somewhere on there – - -
“Statements or claims made by the manufacturer have not been reviewed by the FDA – not a medication” or something similar.
There is not a detox supplement approved by any regulatory or medical organization.
The best detox is a liver. Oh you have one? Great! Pair it with some kidneys and you have the most efficient and effective detox system known to man.
We can “detox” by eating a healthy diet of whole fresh foods and little to no processed or refined foods.
If you can’t pronounce the name or know what the ingredients are, don’t put it in your body. Drink 100 oz of water throughout the day to help the body and organs perform properly.
You will detox in a matter of weeks.
Taking the pills without food should not have any ill effects. But that depends on the unregulated ingredients. Testing by the FTC last year reported 70% of the ingredients in dietary supplement products did not match the label. Scary!
Just want to really hear answers from people who have done the lemon detox diet or people who know people who have done it.. but after you do it does the weight stay off if you eat healthy? or does it just come back on?
I done the Lemon diet (Cleanse) and some weight does comes back. It is mostly water weight, but if you eat healthy after getting off of it, then you should continue to loose the weight. Make sure you drink lots of water, and I would recommend eating lemons and grapefruits still after getting off of it. Lots of vitamins and natural detox.
Just don’t eat fast food and cook your own meals and you should be fine
(Everything must be grilled and low fat) Lots of proteins
best product to help cleanse the liver, kidney, colon & intestines?
Don’t buy any of those products that claim to do that. Water and eating right is the only way to cleanse stuff from your body that you put there in the first place.
You need to take a drug test. That is the only reason people try these things. You still have to wait the 3 to 6 weeks for the drugs to pass from your system.
I need a few tips to help me stick to my diet/ healthy eating and training exersises.
I am looking for tips like taking pictures of your self every week to watch your change. Stuff like that.
I would also appreciate links to weightloss websites with good tips.
Thanks
You would better to join a group, friends, fellow dieters, you will help each other and that will give you a boost. Healthy eating, exercise fine but it can get a bit boring if you dwell on it. With like minded people it could be fun.
Make it fun, enjoy a weekly meeting, forget the detox bit.
As for diet sites, just type in diet, there they are – Hay, Atkins, Tesco and the gi diet aso, dozens of sites. Looks like half the world is dieting.
